Full Swing


It's the middle of Winter Term, with only 5 weeks to go. So far, things have been going pretty well, inspite of the (for me) heavy load. I am learning (no pun intended) how to study better, since a poor mid-term score in Anatomy & Physiology.

I got the highest grade in class for my Lifetime Health and Fitness mid-term, and one of the 5 highest grades on my General Psychology mid-term.

I was pretty bummed out about the A&P mid-term score, but I just have to keep reminding myself that it's only one grade, and only one class. I must constantly remind myself that the journey that I'm on is probably more important than the destination. I will not lose sight of my goal, but I do need to live each day as if it's my last.

Speaking of Lifetime Health and Fitness, I have been on a regular exercise program now since the beginning of the term. My goal is to lose 20 pounds by the end of the term, and so far I have lost almost 16 pounds! (See image of exercise regimen).

Well, on to class . . .
